About the Festival
Join us on May 24 & 25 2025 for this inaugural celebration of Oregon—especially Central Oregon—craft brewers and sample from 50+ breweries and cideries and/or 20 different Oregon-made non-alcoholic drinks (N/A beer, hop water, kombucha, soda, cold brew, zero-proof spirits, and beyond) and over 100 different beers.
The event will take place Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 – 8:00 PM. All beverage samples will require one tasting token (or two for a double-pour) except in the Next Tap Biergarten for rare and specialty brews that will require three tokens.
Every locally-owned brewery, cidery, and meadery is among the participants. Brewers will be pouring daily from 3-5 PM during the “MEET THE MAKERS” sessions. Questions, kudos, and fist bumps are encouraged. Please ask permission before attempting to take any selfies.
Admission is required to enter—there is no re-entry after exiting—and is available to humans 21+ (sorry, no dogs allowed but the Humane Society will have a puppy-and-kitty petting zoo on site!), and includes two ticket options: alcoholic beverages with access to N/A drinks for $40 online ($55 day-of) and $30 online ($45 day-of). ALL SALES will be cashless (AmEx not accepted).
Ticket Information
What does my ticket include?
All alcohol and non-alcohol General Admission tickets (there is no VIP ticket because you’re all very important people to us). But please don’t turn into what the OLCC calls a “V.I.P.” or “visually impaired person.” Please sample responsibly. Admission includes keepsake festival mug, seven (7) tokens (additional tokens will be available for purchase individually or in packs of ten (10), access to at least 10 food vendors, music and entertainment, a dreamy audience with which to comingle, and more.
Entertainment includes the Oregon debut of the Drinking Pants Pageant, hailed as the most fun you can have with your pants on. The Pageant is open to all attendees. Keep in mind, it’s 50% what you wear, 50% how you wear it. Winner(s) will receive bonus tokens (and bragging rights).
Admission is good for one day only, specified on ticket purchase of choice, but a discounted weekend pass option for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic packages exist.
Again, this is a private, ticketed, 21+ event. No one without a ticket or under the legal age will be admitted, from 20 years to 20 days.
Parking & Transportation
Parking in and around Old Bend as well as across the footbridge near Harmon Park is AN option, but a finite one. Ride Share apps (Uber/Lyft) means no searching for parking and, even better, ensuring a safe ride back after the fest. Please consider arriving (and departing) safely via bicycle or… as perhaps the world’s first float-up brewfest, padding or floating down to Drake Park where LOGE is sponsoring bike/SUP/tube valet parking adjacent to the festival and located a short walk from the Tubing Takeout just past the Galveston Bridge where take-out for the festival is required.
COG WILD will also have transportation from LOGE and a transpo package will be offered very soon including round-trip shuttle from Silver Moon Brewing on Greenwood Avenue and a pint to enjoy at Silver Moon after your festival experience.
Weather & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Our events are held rain, snow, smoke, or shine. If there is extreme weather, Event organizers will do as much as we can to ensure the experience is as safe as possible. Any decision to cancel an event is done as an absolute last resort and is made collectively with local risk management, police, fire & rescue, and medical personnel as appropriate.
In such situations, there will be no refunds as registrants accept any such risk of their entry free when purchasing tickets.
Please check the website, our Facebook page, and your email before the festival for any changes or cancellations.
